Katie
Senior Physiotherapist
Meet Katie, a Senior Physiotherapist at Complete Recovery Physiotherapy.
Katie is an experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years of NHS experience and more than 10 years as a qualified clinician. She graduated from the University of Salford with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy.
Throughout her career, Katie has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, including acute hospitals, community services and private practice, helping people recover from pain, injury and surgery. She has extensive experience assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder problems, sports injuries, joint pain and lower limb conditions.
Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, Katie worked as a personal trainer, giving her a strong understanding of exercise, strength training and rehabilitation. She combines hands-on clinical expertise with practical exercise-based treatment to help patients regain confidence, improve function and return to the activities they enjoy.
Katie is known for her friendly and approachable manner. She takes the time to understand each person’s symptoms, goals and lifestyle, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to the individual. Her aim is not only to reduce pain but also to help patients build long-term strength, resilience and confidence in their bodies.
Whether you’re struggling with back pain, a sports injury, persistent neck or shoulder pain, or recovering from surgery, Katie is committed to helping you move better, feel stronger and get back to doing the things you enjoy.
Outside of work, Katie is a busy mum of two and enjoys strength training at the gym.
